Trancendent
Life Coaching
Institute
Inspired By Transformation and Transcendence.
The Transcendent Life Coaching Institute was inspired by Drs. Clem and Eunice Gifford who operated one of the very few post graduate schools that focused on Transpersonal Psychology, called the Institute of Self Transcendence. Transcendence is a concept of moving beyond limitations and fears. It is similar to transformation, however, transformation occurs within the same system, Transformation infers that there is a point where it stops. Transcendence is where an individual not only transforms, but moves into a state where the possibilities are endless.
Our Core Beliefs
How we live our lives based on them, and our emotions.
By examining our beliefs and assumptions about our world, ourselves and life in general, we allow ourselves to decide what is not serving us and exercise the ability to move toward greater fulfillment. As we move into this greater self, we recognize the greatness in others. We can serve those with mental and physical challenges with a new shift in perspective!
The W.O.W. Model
Stands for Walk On Water.
Walking on Water is an idea on how to rise out of our fears and doubts and be able to stand in our faith and trust. This model is a comprehensive step-by-step, results-based process that will help you to discover yourself as well as assist your client through understanding how your life is the results of a deeper mind thought process.

Life Coaching Core Competencies
Our Principles of effectiveness include:
1. Client-Centered Partnership
The client is the expert on their own life. The coach’s role is to build rapport, guide, inquiry, clarify goals, and support execution—not to rescue, fix, or direct. Power is shared, not assumed.

2. Cultural and Contextual Awareness
An effective coach recognizes how background, trauma history, belief systems, and social realities influence a client’s worldview. This awareness prevents misinterpretation and builds trust.

3. Clear Structure with Flexible Process
Master coaches establish clear agreements, goals, and accountability structures, while remaining flexible enough to follow what emerges in the session. Progress is intentional, not accidental.

4. Ethical Discipline and Boundaries
Knowing when not to coach is as important as knowing how to coach. Master coaches maintain boundaries, avoid dependency, and refer out when therapeutic or clinical needs arise.

5. Outcome with Integration
True effectiveness is not measured only by short-term wins, but by sustainable new habits, expanded self-concept, and the client’s growing capacity to self-coach beyond the engagement.
